Job Description As a Senior Business Analyst, you will lead collaboration efforts with stakeholders to understand and document business needs, and recommend solutions that ensure alignment with our strategic goals. Your role will involve understanding, designing, and recommending complex business processes that can be effectively implemented and measured within our applications.

In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and optimizing our Dealer Experience strategies, helping to drive digital transformation across multiple channels. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding the development and execution of business processes that support both immediate business needs and long-term strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Drive: Act as a leader and driver, preparing, driving, and following up on requirements and project needs.

Lead Planning and Requirements: Lead planning and requirements for functional business areas, with a strong focus on Dealer Experience initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Documentation and Communication: Document requirements through various methods such as process flows, user journeys, wireframes, and ultimately user stories. Communicate findings and needs to both business partners and development teams.

Agile Project Experience: Lead the understanding, documenting, and articulating of epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria with business partners and delivery teams; collaborate with the Product Owner to prioritize and manage the product backlog.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and recommend solutions, building strong relationships and trust along the way. Partner with sales, marketing, and digital teams to enhance dealer capabilities.

Business Process Design: Design business processes for high complexity objectives, including those supporting dealer engagement platforms, ensuring they are effectively modeled and measured to drive business improvements.

Solution Collaboration & Communication: Communicate and collaborate on solution capabilities with the Technical Lead to ensure clarity and alignment across Dealer Experience platforms and integrations.

Mentorship and Direction: Mentor and provide work direction to others, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

Salesforce Experience: Demonstrated project experience with Salesforce, a strong understanding of Salesforce products and capabilities, and familiarity with Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration—especially in the context of dealer portals, Experience Cloud sites, and CRM capabilities.
