Strong understanding of CAD file formats with the ability to audit, repair, and validate migrated models to ensure dimensional accuracy and functionality

Strong experience managing PLM infrastructure and integrations across business systems

Solid understanding of engineering BOM (EBOM) and manufacturing BOM (MBOM) structures, including how CAD data flows into both

Demonstrated ability to lead large‑scale PLM implementations and manage vendor relationships and program execution

Excellent communication and systems thinking and analytical skills; ability to identify and solve complex cross‑functional problems

Preferred Qualifications

Hands‑on knowledge of CAD systems (e.g., SolidWorks, NX, CATIA) and their integration with PLM
