Now Hiring: Quarry Supervisor – Production & Plant Operations We're seeking a driven leader to oversee quarry production and plant teams. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily production activities Lead site safety and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards Plan work schedules and production goals Train employees in equipment operation and safety procedures Monitor equipment, materials, and performance indicators Handle data entry, invoice processing, and production reporting Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth operations Qualifications: College degree or relevant quarry experience Previous management or leadership training preferred Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills Basic computer and mobile device proficiency Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel Join a team that values integrity, accountability, and results.
