Overview
Noblis is hiring a Senior Cyber Intelligence Analyst to support the United States (U.S.) Army Cyber Command’s (ARCYBER) mission. This is an onsite position in Fort Gordon, GA. ARCYBER directs and conducts integrated Electronic Warfare (EW), Information Operations (IO), and Cyberspace Operations to ensure freedom of action in cyberspace and the information environment, and to deny the same to adversaries. ARCYBER is the Army Service Component Command (ASCC) to the U.S. Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM), responsible for conducting cyberspace operations including Offensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO), Defensive Cyberspace Operations (DCO), and Department of Defense Information Network (DODIN) operations. Responsibilities
Serve as an experienced All-Source Intelligence analyst applying intelligence analysis to monitor, assess, and report on cyberspace operations, capabilities, vulnerabilities, and adversaries. Provide tailored, all-source current analysis addressing adversary cyberspace capabilities, intentions, and actions affecting Army operations worldwide with limited guidance. Conduct research and analysis from multiple intelligence and operational sources to provide situational awareness of critical elements of the information environment. Assess threat modus operandi, tools, techniques, alliances, and activities of influence and cyber-related organizations and personnel within foreign governments and non-state actors. Assess adversary levels of technical expertise and access to resources (e.g., zero-day exploits, advanced malware) to determine their attack capability. Monitor current activity trends of the organization’s network and other government and commercial networks; contribute to knowledge on adversary cyberspace capabilities and intentions. Apply understanding of information warfare tactics, techniques, and procedures to analysis and production. Support intelligence planning, identify intelligence requirements and gaps, and develop Indicators and Warning (I&W) to inform solutions. Develop CCRI threat assessments to support Protection Review Board (PRB)/Quarantine Review Board (QRB). Perform threat profiling and data correlation; create link analysis charts to visualize reportable cyber activity. Develop reports and briefs to communicate analytical findings and conclusions; enhance stakeholder relationships and coordinate actions. Mentor mid-level and junior staff.
Required Qualifications
US Citizenship with a current Top Secret security clearance and ability to pass a CI Polygraph. BA/BS degree with 10+ years of DoD or IC intelligence experience, or MA/MS with 8+ years; a high school diploma with 16+ years of intelligence analysis experience will also be considered. Prior experience with current intelligence operations (watch operations), operations center roles, and crisis management/response planning. Formal DoD or IC training in intelligence analysis.
Desired Qualifications
TS/SCI with CI Poly security clearance. Experience with cyberspace operations or intelligence support to cyberspace operations. Experience at a service component HQ, Joint Task Force, sub-unified command, or combatant command staff. Experience with joint/multi-service operations and multiple warfighting domains. Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) training/certifications (OSINT 301 & 302). DoD 8570 IAT Level II certifications (e.g., CCNA Security, CompTIA CySa+, CompTIA Security+ CE, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP).
Compensation and Benefits
Posted Salary Range: USD $97,400.00 - USD $152,225.00 per year. The compensation is determined by factors including education, certifications, experience, location, and contract requirements. Remote/hybrid status is subject to change based on company and government requirements.
