Project Oversight: Lead planning, execution, and evaluation of NIH-funded research projects; ensure timely achievement of study milestones. Team Supervision: Direct study coordinators, support staff, and students; oversee participant recruitment, enrollment, scheduling, and regulatory compliance. Operational Management: Develop and implement procedures to support efficient study operations and data integrity. Data & Quality Assurance: Oversee data systems and quality control; support data analysis and interpretation. Reporting & Communication: Prepare data for grant progress reports; communicate with faculty investigators and ensure protocol adherence. Financial Administration: Track budgets and expenditures to support participant participation and recruitment efforts. Outcome Accountability: Ensure program goals are met, including recruitment and retention; coordinate outreach, advertising, screening, and scheduling; maintain professional communication with participants and investigators. Essential Functions: Oversee planning, implementation, coordination and evaluation of projects; assist with operational policies; prepare analyses and reports; manage financial data and sponsor reports; administer departmental budget; supervise staff; maintain databases; design forms and tools; serve as program liaison; conduct team meetings; ensure sponsor requirements and timelines are followed. Qualifications

Bachelor?s degree with two years of relevant experience required; Master?s degree in Health Administration, Business Administration or related field preferred. Two years of experience in project/program management or supervisory roles. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Skills
