Business Development Representative Manager
Brief Description We are looking for a results-driven Senior Manager of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to lead and scale our high-performing outbound prospecting team. As the leader of the BDR function, you will play a critical role in driving pipeline generation, optimizing outreach strategies, mentoring team members, and aligning closely with sales and marketing leadership. This role is ideal for a data-savvy, motivational leader who has a proven track record of scaling BDR teams in a high-growth environment. Key Responsibilities
Own the strategy, performance, and day-to-day operations of the BDR team. Hire, onboard, train, and develop a team of BDRs to consistently exceed pipeline targets. Implement and refine processes, cadences, and outreach strategies to improve lead conversion rates. Analyze team metrics and KPIs to identify areas of opportunity and ensure accountability. Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to align on campaign strategy, target accounts, messaging, and lead quality. Lead with a coaching mindset, delivering regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development plans. Drive adoption of tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Gong, etc., ensuring data hygiene and reporting accuracy. Regularly report on pipeline contribution, BDR performance, and key insights to leadership. What You Bring
5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or business development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing SDR/BDR teams. Proven success scaling high-performing outbound teams in a high-growth environment. Strong understanding of SaaS GTM motions—especially outbound prospecting in mid-market/enterprise segments. Excellent coaching and team development skills; passionate about building future sales leaders. Data- and process-oriented mindset; experienced in using Salesforce and engagement tools to drive performance. Strong communication, collaboration, and cross-functional alignment skills.
