Work for Civil/Structural discipline with minimal direction from the Engineer or other technical professional Be responsible for the Civil/Structural model and generate the 3D design elements based on the Level of Development (LOD) outlined in the Digital Delivery Plan (DDP) and project scope Create and maintain the Civil/Structural and multi-disciplinary model, systems, content, and overall digital delivery output To be skilled with the software used to produce the designs identified in the Digital Delivery requirements Have mastered Civil Site and Structural design disciplines and how it interacts with other design disciplines Have an advanced understanding of engineering/construction documentation and plan presentation for Civil/Structural disciplines, and a general knowledge of other disciplines Mentor and develop the Digital Design staff within the Civil/Structural discipline Accurately model 3D elements in the correct spatial constraints of the modeling environment, using the current 3D software Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, & diagrams of the design within the project scope, schedule, and budget, using the current 3D software Maintain the discipline model including project information, coordinates, scales, orientations, scope boundaries, matchlines, views, and sheets Produce discipline specific documentation with accurate annotations on all modeling output Monitor, improve, and maintain company standards and model health. Coordinate the design with other discipline models through Design Reviews and 3D Coordination processes Execute all Design Delivery requirements identified on the project Mentor and develop Digital Design staff within their discipline Contribute to the development of the business class digital needs Preferred Qualifications

10 years relevant experience with Autodesk Civil 3D Familiarity with Bently products a plus, but not required Demonstrated desire to learn new software Required Qualifications

Technical degree or a combination of education and relevant experience A minimum of 5 years digital design (BIM element authoring) and 3 years digital delivery (model management) experience Comprehensive understanding of all discipline relations and operations of building systems Advanced skillset of 3D design software and document management infrastructure Advanced skillset of 3D Coordination tools Advanced skillset of Microsoft Office products and communication tools Familiar with industry standards and practices, along with discipline codes and specifications Familiar with basic automation and programming applications for efficiencies Familiar with 3D design software add-ins and supporting applications Familiar with content creation and management concepts Superior client service, communication, and presentation skills are essential Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively serve as a first line of technical support What We Believe
