Job Description This position will perform various tasks such as booking of new & renewed loans, document management, exception tracking, maintenance, loan servicing, and post funding new & renewed loans support to the lending area under the general supervision of the Loan Administration Officer.
Primary Responsibilities
Book new and renewed notes for various types of loans including commercial real estate, commercial term loans, RLOC, residential construction, agriculture, letters of credit, consumer real estate loans, consumer loans, refinance loans and loan extensions.
Upload from Laser Pro to Silverlake; Reviews, maintenances and accepts loan uploads by verifying boarding data; uploads imaged documents to Sageworks; and perfects on collateral.
Verifies that loans are booked according to the approved commitment reports and loan policy.
Process online loan entries.
Process regular payments, advances, backdating, payment reversal or maintenance related to loans.
Daily review of loan admin reports; exception reports; and correction of daily rejects.
Send titles to be filed with liens and mortgages and all filing documents to the County to be filed accordingly.
Sends documents on participation sold to participating banks as required. For purchase loans, the lead bank is the primary contact, not the client or any other third party.
Verifies, keeps up, produces Escrow statements, and pays all escrow items on a timely manner.
Maintain force place insurance on properties (add/delete) and reviews invoice monthly.
Reviews monthly Business Manager Participation Settlement and compares to participation GL balancing report.
Receives and research questions/problems regarding loans through E-Oscar.
BLP loan servicing - books, payment calculations, prepares, verifies and confirms payments.
Review Participation/Syndicated payment calculations, prepares, verifies and confirms payments.
Prepares payoff letters.
Complete Credit Inquires.
Maintains collateral vault in Main Branch.
Uploads documents to Sageworks to file and clears exceptions; tracks exceptions in Sageworks.
Assist internal and external customers with loan questions.
File UCC filings, new amendments, continuations and terminations.
Checks back on all new & renewed loans booked prior day by other loan admins specialist for accuracy, updates exceptions and reviews files in Sageworks for quality control.
Assist with paid notes and the release of collateral as requested.
Prints, reviews and mails payment/past due/maturity notices for Bank.
Knowledge of regulations and compliance issues related to the review of loan documents.
Interacts in a professional, courteous manner with co-workers, customers, prospective customers, visitors, and vendors.
Other Duties

Cross training throughout Loan Administration department.
Required Skills/Qualifications
Eight years loan experience or equivalent related work experience.
Hands-on experience with loan documentation and the filing of security instruments.
Adept at researching loan histories/payments.
Strong organization, planning, prioritization and detail orientation skills.
Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to accomplish goals as a team player.
Excellent time management skills with a demonstrated ability to multi-task, follow through on commitments, meet deadlines and drive results. Effectively conduct research and inquiries.
Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, rapidly changing banking environment which requires a flexible and adaptable style.
Understand and adhere to strict confidentiality rules and regulations regarding customer information.
Ability to work well under pressure and within tight time constraints, including the ability to work overtime if required.
High School Diploma, College Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
