Huntsville Hospital for Women & Children is recruiting a Maternal Fetal Medicine physician to join an established comprehensive MFM program. The opportunity will include a consultative practice, offering first trimester screening, comprehensive fetal sonography, echocardiography, CVS, amniocentesis, and PUBS. The program also features an active pre-term birth prevention initiative and high-volume co-management of maternal diabetes and other medical disorders. The position offers excellent compensation and benefits, including health, dental, malpractice insurance, and CME allowance. It is an employed position with paid vacation and a 401(k) with employer contribution. Huntsville Hospital for Women and Children is a dedicated stand-alone facility caring for women, infants, children, and adolescents. Established in 2002, it provides the region’s most comprehensive maternal and child health programs, with an average of 5,000 births and 16,000 admissions annually. It is the only facility in the region with a Level 3 NICU, two pediatric surgeons, a 16-bed Pediatric ER, a 40-bed Pediatric Inpatient unit for infants to 18 years, and one of six affiliate clinics of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital for Pediatric Hematology/Oncology. The hospital serves a population of over one million.
