Senior Helpers
Senior Helpers is seeking a dynamic leader to run our Northern Queens location. The Operations Manager will drive strategy and scale growth while maintaining exceptional quality of care.
Base Pay Range US$59,000 – US$61,000 per year
Responsibilities
Manage day‑to‑day operations and lead care and office teams.
Strategize and direct business operations to achieve company vision.
Oversee budget and P&L of the region and allocate necessary resources.
Formulate strategies for new and existing partnerships and joint ventures.
Negotiate and influence to ensure revenue growth.
Develop and implement strategies that ensure high‑quality client care and financial viability.
Ensure optimal client satisfaction and experience.
Ensure staffing and recruitment initiatives meet business needs.
Oversee training and development of care and office team.
Adhere to federal, state, and local compliance practices.
Maintain accurate time‑keeping and records; collaborate with payroll.
Identify opportunities for market and client expansion and new business development.
Perform other tasks as assigned or needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3+ years of relevant work experience (preferred).
Minimum 2 years of operations and employee management experience (required).
Active HHA/PCA license in NY (ideal).
Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred).
Senior care experience (strongly preferred).
Demonstrable sales, sales development, and sales management experience.
Strong business acumen.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a changing environment.
Proactive, initiative, and ability to foresee potential issues and provide multiple resolutions.
Strong collaboration skills with both team and corporate partners.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, internet, and Outlook (required).
Strong leadership skills.
Client‑facing customer service orientation.
