Transportation Engineer

Responsibilities and Opportunities

Project Management : Take ownership of projects from concept to completion, managing client communication, deadlines, deliverables, and budgets. Focus on project execution and quality management. Leadership and Mentoring : Guide and train junior engineers and contribute to developing the next generation of transportation leaders. Drive Growth : Contribute to the expansion of our transportation practice through business development activities, networking, and pursuing new projects. Technical Expertise : Lead analysis, design, and preparation of plans, specifications, estimates, and reports for clients. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field 4+ years of experience in roadway design with progressive project management exposure Oklahoma Professional Engineer license (or the ability to become licensed in Oklahoma within 6 months) Preferred Qualifications

Strong technical skills in roadway and drainage design Experience with MicroStation and Geopak/Open Roads Demonstrated experience in client-facing communication and project pursuit assistance About Freese and Nichols
