The

Operations Specialist

plays a key role in ensuring operational excellence across Westport Properties. This position involves conducting audits, supporting training, and implementing improvements that maintain our high standards of quality and compliance. Success in this role requires precision, professionalism, and the ability to work independently while respecting established processes. What You’ll Do

Conduct operational audits to ensure compliance with company policies and data accuracy. Develop and maintain detailed reports using Excel and SQL tools. Provide timely recommendations to improve operations and property performance. Support new property acquisitions through due diligence, system setup, and on-site transitions. Collaborate with field leadership to implement improvements and sustain results. Deliver mentorship and training to field staff, reinforcing company standards. Handle special projects and provide system/process support as needed. What We’re Looking For

Strong attention to detail and disciplined work habits. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel; SQL experience is a plus. Familiarity with SiteLink, CallPotential, or similar systems preferred. Excellent communication skills with a professional and diplomatic approach. Ability to analyze data, extract insights, and produce precise reports. Comfortable with extensive travel and adaptable to changing priorities. High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred. Previous experience in operations, training, customer service, or related fields. About Westport Properties
