As the Program Manager, you will assist residents with daily living in a supported apartment or community environment. You will develop and attain personal life goals for our residents. You will train and direct our staff on developing the social and personal skills of our clients as they live independently in the community. You will oversee two of our group homes; Hampshire and Doug's Place. How will you make a difference? Manage Assistant Program Managers and staff within two of our residential homes Oversee program plans for persons served Manage finances and budget for the homes and individuals You will train our staff how to support our people served Complete people served documentation on their meal plans, medication administration etc…within our systems Hire and train new Direct Support Professionals for our homes. Create and manage Direct Support Schedules What will you bring to Opportunity Partners? Driver’s license and proof of insurance High School Diploma or equivalent Designated Coordinator Status is required Minimum of two years of supervisory experience Minimum of two years of experience working in human services Experience in working with people with disabilities Why Opportunity Partners?
