Key Responsibilities
Be a subject matter expert in social and digital marketing for the firm Partner with strategy, design, and experience teams to extend brand recommendations and activate across channels (owned, paid media, events, sponsorship, influencer, etc.) Craft creative briefs to guide how the brand comes to life across channel-specific assets Architect marketing strategies and activation roadmaps to ensure flawless execution at launch and beyond Develop channel-native messaging and creative, guiding teams on how to adapt brand personality for each channel and audience Advise clients on defining, measuring, and tracking success of recommendations within each channel Collaborate with media partners to plan and execute paid media strategies Contribute to Lippincott’s own social channels to meet broader marketing objectives Qualifications
10+ years of experience in brand marketing, social media strategy, connections strategy, comms planning, or engagement strategy (portfolios/examples welcomed if years are below 10) 3+ years of people management experience Ability to convey complex ideas simply and effectively Ability to influence senior leadership up to C-Suite Experience leading large-scale or global integrated marketing campaigns (online/offline, web, events) for B2B and B2C Experience partnering with external companies (partners, agencies, vendors, retailers) Experience using consumer research and data to drive actionable marketing insights Experience developing high-performing social/digital content with tools like CapCut, Canva, Final Cut Pro, or Adobe Premiere Rush Strong creative writing skills for brand-aligned social copy Additional Qualifications
Experience partnering with global Fortune 500 brands Passion for culture including music, art, fashion and sport discourse Ability to present to and influence at all organization levels Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment About Lippincott

The applicable base pay for this role is $130K - $150K. The base pay offered depends on experience, skills, location, certifications, and education. This position is eligible for performance-based incentives. We offer a competitive total rewards package including health benefits, 401K, and employee assistance programs.
