We are hiring a Manager, Global Sales Operations to join our growing global commercial organization. This is a highly visible role that will serve as a strategic partner to the SVP, Global Sales, working closely with senior leadership to design and scale the systems, processes, and insights that power our worldwide sales organization. Location:

Photronics’ Corporate Headquarters – Brookfield, CT (US) or Boise, ID (US). This is an on-site position. What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll establish and standardize the foundation of global sales operations — creating structure, visibility, and consistency across teams, tools, and regions. You’ll build and refine pricing, costing, and forecasting models, optimize CRM systems, and deliver data‑driven insights that guide strategic decisions and drive performance. You’ll collaborate across Sales, Finance, IT, and Executive Leadership to ensure that strategy, systems, and execution align with our global goals. Most importantly, you’ll help shape how Photronics connects with customers, drives growth, and delivers on its commitment to excellence. Responsibilities

Develop and manage processes for accurate forecasting, pipeline reporting, and performance dashboards Lead CRM development, implementation, reporting, and optimization to enhance visibility into account health and opportunities Define account review standards, templates, and operating cadences Facilitate recurring sales operations meetings to ensure accountability and follow‑through Create standardized presentation templates that strengthen customer relationships and elevate Photronics’ partnership model Balance priorities across advanced and mature technology markets, aligning sales operations with business strategy Deliver executive‑level insights into customer dynamics and competitive trends Serve as the connective link between regional teams and global leadership, ensuring data integrity and consistent methodologies Build cost and profitability models to inform pricing strategies and guide decision‑making Develop pricing methodologies aligned with customer segments and market positioning Conduct TAM/SAM analyses to validate growth opportunities and focus areas Partner with IT to design CRM enhancements that support scalable sales execution Create standardized business case templates and tools for leadership and customer engagements Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Finance, Engineering, or related); MBA preferred 8–12 years of progressive Sales Operations experience, with at least 3+ years in semiconductors, semiconductor equipment, or high‑tech manufacturing Proven ability to design and scale operational frameworks Strong financial acumen with expertise in cost modeling, pricing, and market sizing (TAM/SAM) Experience implementing and optimizing CRM systems (Salesforce or equivalent) Skilled in designing operating mechanisms and leading global, cross‑functional collaboration Equal Opportunity Statement: We are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender, gender identity or expression, or veteran status.
