About The Role
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cold storage facilities, ensuring efficient and effective processes, maintaining high standards of safety and quality, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and operations management, with a focus on cold storage and supply chain solutions.
What You’ll Do
Operational Leadership – Oversee daily operations, develop policies, monitor KPIs. Team Management – Lead, train, mentor team, conduct performance evaluations. Inventory Management – Oversee inventory control, implement best practices, conduct audits. Safety and Compliance – Ensure compliance, develop safety protocols, maintain cold chain integrity. Customer Service – Maintain client relationships, ensure timely order fulfillment, improve satisfaction. Continuous Improvement – Identify and implement process improvements, stay informed on industry trends.
What You Bring To The Pak
Experience – Minimum 5 years in operations management, preferably in cold storage or logistics. Education – Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field. Certifications – HACCP, BRC required; OSHA certification a plus. Skills – Proven leadership, strong knowledge of WMS, excellent problem solving, strong communication, knowledge of health safety regulations, ability to work in fast‑paced environment, manage multiple priorities. Physical Requirements – Ability to work in cold storage environments as low as -10°F; stand, walk, lift as required.

Salary Range
$65,000 – $75,000 annually. The range listed is the company’s good‑faith estimate of the annual base salary for this position at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, location, internal equity, and market factors, consistent with applicable pay transparency laws.
