Base pay range $19.00/hr - $26.00/hr

Position Summary

Be a Team Member: Collaborates with team members to fulfil sales and service requests, educating other associates on tools, tasks, resources and mentor new technicians, communicating and developing interpersonal skills for providing safe and efficient customer service.

Be an Expert: Demonstrates knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, Tire Pressure Monitoring systems, product specifications and seasonality, demonstrating knowledge of Point of Sale systems, phone and in-person selling techniques.

Be a Techie: Leverages digital tools to plan for and drive sales, improve the service experience and elevate associate engagement utilizing handheld technology and systems to make immediate business decisions related to services, safety alerts, new product information, product application and training, adapting to new tools and encouraging others to use them.

Be an Owner: Communicates equipment tools and supplies needs to TBC Lead, tracks and monitors returns and special orders, operates cash registers, processes transactions, works hands‑on in the physical area, maintains accurate inventory audit safety and compliance standards, reports complaints, safety hazards and problems with products, services and work areas, completes paperwork logs and other required documentation, ensures merchandise is packaged, labeled and stored in accordance with company policies and procedures, identifies member needs, assists members with purchasing decisions and resolves issues and concerns.

Be a Talent Ambassador: Acts as a brand advocate by valuing the members’ experience in the TBC area, models high quality service and products, influences and inspires others to work in a respectful, supportive and team‑oriented style, understands roadblocks and assists in training team members.

Compliance and Integrity: Complies with company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity, implements related action plans using the Open Door Policy, completes assignments and priorities using policies, data and resources, collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers and other business partners, identifies priorities, deadlines and expectations, carries out tasks, communicates progress, determines improvement opportunities, adapts to change, embraces differences in people, cultures, ideas and experiences, strengthens the team by developing and mentoring others, recognizes contributions, maintains highest standards of integrity, ethics and compliance, supports Walmart’s goal of becoming a regenerative company, serves customers and members by delivering results, makes decisions based on reliable information, balances short- and long‑term priorities, strives for excellence, takes calculated risks, demonstrates courage and resilience, drives continuous improvements, embraces technology, and supports others through change.
