Our client, StoneGate-Technologies LLC, is seeking the following.
Position Summary The Workday Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of Workday implementation or enhancement projects across the organization. This role partners with HR, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure Workday solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management:
Lead end-to-end Workday implementation or upgrade projects (HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Financials, etc.), develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets, coordinate internal teams, third‑party vendors, and Workday consultants, identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues.
Workday Expertise:
Leverage Workday project methodology and best practices to guide successful implementations, partner with HRIS analysts and functional leads to ensure system design meets business requirements, support data migration, integrations, testing, and deployment activities.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field (Master’s preferred). 5–10 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years focused on Workday implementations, proven track record managing complex HRIS or ERP projects.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Absence, Time Tracking, or Financials); PMP, PRINCE2, or Workday Project Management certification preferred; excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment; strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Preferred Experience:
Experience working with global or multi‑entity organizations; familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies; prior experience with integrations and third‑party HR/Finance systems.
