Position Overview The Business Development Representative (BDR) will execute prospecting and sales related activities connecting entrepreneurs across all partners for FINSYNC. The BDR will drive outbound pipeline generation and qualify prospects within target accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Advance prospecting and driving outbound pipeline generation
Proactively generate qualified targets and opportunities through specified outbound activities, including cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other social selling strategies
Strategically identify and engage decision makers who align with the customer profiles
Craft and convey highly personalized and compelling messaging that clearly articulate the software value proposition and addresses specific, complex pain points
Conduct in-depth discovery discussions to understand prospects needs, business objectives, pain points and current solutions
Overcome common sales objections with confidence and product knowledge
Create and maintain detailed, current and meticulous records of all prospecting activities and interactions within HubSpot
Create and execute timely nurturing activities to prospects
Provide digestible market feedback from outbound activities
Qualifications
1+ years of proven experience as a BDR, SDR, or similar outbound-focused sales role
Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly KPIs (e.g., meetings booked, qualified opportunities generated)
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on active listening and concise articulation of value
High level of tenacity, resilience, and a competitive drive to succeed
Preferred Experience
BDR Experience With a B2B SaaS Company
Experience with HubSpot
Strong understanding of the SaaS business model and ability to discuss product features and benefits in the context of a prospect's business need
