Qualifications Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Shift Managers provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness standards. Responsibilities include planning, monitoring performance, taking corrective action, ensuring safety and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager for smooth transitions.
Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. We’re looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who enjoy a fast‑paced environment. Must be 18 years or older.
