Lead and develop the team, foster positive work environment Enhance customer experience and resolve issues Drive sales and store profitability Manage operations, inventory, visual merchandising, and compliance Oversee budgets, analyze sales data, and optimize performance Implement local marketing and community engagement initiatives Stay current with industry trends and innovate Qualifications
Proven retail management experience, with sales and team leadership success Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills Customer-focused with analytical abilities Flexible availability including weekends and holidays Proficiency in retail management software and basic IT skills Minimum Requirements
Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Minimum 5 days/week, with 44+ hours for Assistant Managers; at least 30 hours for Supervisors Reliable transportation, fluency in English, ability to perform basic math and read/write skills Physical Demands
Prolonged standing (up to 14 hours) Lifting 5-25 lbs regularly, climbing, stooping, reaching Good vision, including color differentiation Education & Experience
High School Diploma or GED; 2+ years retail leadership preferred Compensation
Assistant Manager: $18.38 - $21.50/hr + bonuses Supervisor: $15.50/hr Additional Info
