Hydraulic Mechanic with Industrial Electrical Maintenance

Job Responsibilities:
Performing work safely and in accordance with GMP and housekeeping standards.
Mechanical work
Working with Hydraulic systems
Industrial Electrical work
Understand and adhere to all safety requirements.
Troubleshoot equipment
Perform PMs without supervision
Communicate to upper management as needed
Be proficient with all measuring tools
Be proficient with all hand tools.
Be able to read and understand electrical schematics, hydraulic schematics, hard copy PLC programs.
Possess the skills to electrically and mechanically troubleshoot equipment.
Possess the skills to understand and follow directions from supervisor
Possess basic computer skills
Execute, promote, and work safely throughout the facility following all Safety Policies
Wear all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Be aware of all Emergency Exits and know procedures for Emergency Evacuation as well as location.

Safety Data Sheets and how to utilize properly. Know not to operate any equipment or perform any work without proper training and authorization to complete the task safely. Always follow proper LOTO lock out/tag out procedures. Never remove or bypass machine guards and never while the machine is in operation. Be cautious and aware of lift trucks and moving equipment. Report all injuries or accidents to the Department Lead or Manager immediately. Understand and follow plant housekeeping guidelines. Identify and implement lean and continuous improvement actions.
