Provide product information, troubleshooting assistance, and guidance to customers as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and enhance service delivery.
Identify trends in customer inquiries and suggest improvements for products and processes.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
Must be detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills.
