Our Digital Marketing & Artist Development team plays a crucial role in crafting impactful, creative strategies that build artists’ brands, expand their fanbases, and amplify their voices across digital and social media platforms. As
Manager, Digital Marketing and Artist Development , you’ll lead strategy and execution across digital platforms, driving meaningful artist growth through innovative marketing and content strategies. You’ll collaborate closely with artists, managers, and internal label teams to bring each artist’s vision to life—from campaign ideation through rollout—while ensuring alignment with River House Artists’ creative and strategic goals.
Here you’ll get to:
Support the Marketing Director with executing innovative digital marketing campaigns and completing detailed administrative tasks for the artist roster.
Lead strategy and execution of innovative digital marketing campaigns across the artist roster in collaboration with the Marketing Director.
Partner with artists, managers, and label teams to design cohesive digital strategies that amplify each artist’s voice and connect with audiences worldwide.
Oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously, managing timelines, deliverables, and creative assets from concept through release.
Brainstorm and direct social content strategies across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, and emerging channels.
Supervise day-to-day content publishing and fan engagement, maintaining a consistent brand voice and community interaction.
Plan and direct content shoots—coordinating videographers, photographers, locations, and production logistics as needed.
Manage artist newsletters and SMS campaigns, from content creation to deployment and analytics tracking.
Develop community-driven initiatives—both online and in person—that deepen fan connection and loyalty.
Support event and activation planning, including artist performances, release events, and fan-facing experiences.
Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations for future optimization.
Stay current on digital trends, social media algorithms, and emerging technologies to identify new growth opportunities.
Work periodic nights and weekends for events, performances, and content captures.
Who you are:
A self-starter with 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the music or entertainment industry.
Deep understanding of music audiences, social media culture, and digital storytelling.
A strong project manager with exceptional organizational and multitasking skills—able to juggle multiple artist campaigns and deadlines.
A creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
An excellent written and verbal communicator with proven skill in copywriting and professional correspondence.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in identifying opportunities and creative solutions.
Passionate about music, technology, and fan culture—you love finding new ways to connect artists and audiences.
It would be music to our ears if you also had:
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar creative tools.
Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, YouTube Creator Studio, TikTok Studio, and other digital management platforms.
Familiarity with streaming platforms, DSP marketing best practices, and fan engagement strategies.
Experience with influencer marketing and creator content strategies that align with overall artist strategies.
