Bertera Subaru Hartford Service Advisor 60k -95k per year
Bertera Subaru Hartford is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional service, a strong understanding of automotive repair, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and technicians. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, guiding them through their service experience and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. Base pay range
$60,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing a welcoming experience. Obtain and document customer information, including vehicle make, model, year, and service history. Listen to customer concerns and advise them on appropriate vehicle maintenance and repairs. Create detailed service estimates and explain the services offered, including costs and timeframes. Schedule service appointments and manage a busy service drive. Collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and timely completion of services. Provide customers with regular updates on their vehicle's status, answering any questions they may have. Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally to ensure satisfaction and build trust. Maintain an organized service area and keep accurate records of services performed. Upsell service contracts, parts, and accessories to enhance customer experience and dealership profitability. Stay updated on new products, services, and trends in the automotive industry. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in automotive technology or a related field is a plus. Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role is preferred. Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with dealership management systems and Microsoft Office Suite. A valid driver\'s license and a clean driving record. What We Offer
