Position Responsibilities
Oversee all HR activities, collaborating with local leadership to ensure effective delivery of processes and procedures. Evaluate current and potential HR issues and needs to deliver strategic responses while partnering with business leaders on workforce plans. Mediate difficult employee relations issues as a neutral party and balance conflicting points of view. Lead talent management, employee development training, and evaluate mid‑year and annual performance reviews, as well as the annual compensation process. Communicate benefit‑related changes and manage AAPs in collaboration with Compliance and Talent Acquisition teams to provide data for OFCCP audits. Measure performance using the HR scorecard to celebrate wins or address concerns. Partner with the TA team on staffing strategies, staffing calls, and hiring events as appropriate. Other duties as assigned. Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of related experience and 3+ years of management experience, or High School Diploma/GED with 9+ years of specific experience and 4+ years of management experience. Preferred Education and Experience
