We are seeking a motivated Quality Control (QC) Assistant to join our team at our Teterboro, NJ facility. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to maintaining our commitment to delivering products that meet the highest client standards. Key Responsibilities Learn and perform inspections of received raw materials and manufactured products. Conduct final inspection of finished products before shipment. Assist in product testing to verify compliance with quality requirements. Build and assemble wooden buks for product testing purposes. Install products into buks for testing. Gain familiarity with NAS’s range of product models. Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times. Work comfortably in varied and extreme temperatures. Collaborate effectively in a diverse team environment. Quality testing of architectural windows, wall systems, doors, storefronts, and entrances to ensure compliance with exacting client specifications. Using measurement tools such as a level and square. Safe handling and lifting of 50+ lbs. Applying attention to detail and maintaining strong organizational skills. Qualifications No degree required (High School Diploma or equivalent preferred). Must be eager to learn and hands-on in approach. Strong work ethic and commitment to producing quality results. Prior experience with quality control processes or construction materials is a plus.
