What You’ll Do
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources.
Ensure products meet quality standards for taste, preparation method, seasonality, and safety.
Leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience.
Drive performance of the area and manage inventory using perpetual inventory techniques.
Model high‑quality service and products, showcasing commitment and energy.
Implement company policies and procedures with integrity.
Collaborate with managers and peers to prioritize tasks and recommend improvement opportunities.
