PROJECT EXECUTIVE (ELECTRICAL)

Position Summary Branch is searching for a Project Executive to lead pursuits and operations teams in developing & reviewing proposals and overseeing Electrical construction projects in Central & Southwest Virginia. The successful candidate will report to the Director of Operations and collaborate with preconstruction and Operations staff to deliver projects. The candidate should be capable of managing multiple projects, meeting financial targets, and demonstrating a strong work ethic, commitment to quality, and safety. Responsibilities include: Leading project pursuits, hiring, and staff retention, overseeing multiple projects, and participating in manpower planning. Ensuring profitable project completion within timelines. Managing project phases from buyout to closeout. Coordinating hand-offs from estimating to operations. Participating in pursuit technical work groups and leading constructability reviews. Developing innovative and value engineering ideas. Managing project schedules and overseeing manpower, subcontractor, and material contracts. Monitoring project progress through owner meetings and financial reviews. Qualifications: 10+ years of industry experience. Extensive knowledge of electrical projects valued between $1M and $25M. Proficiency in strategy development, financial assessment, forecasting, and team leadership. Strong understanding of electrical construction scope and advanced communication skills. Competencies include leadership, safety, quality delivery, relationship building, and financial management. Travel:
Willing to travel up to 50% of the time. Supervisory Responsibilities:
Up to 3 or more direct reports. Physical Demands:
Regular talking, hearing, handling, and reaching are required. Work Hours:
