The Lift Experience Team Lead is responsible for the safe operation of resort lifts, oversees the Lift Experience Team, and acts as a courteous and efficient guest service leader with proven leadership abilities. Job Specifications
Starting Wage: $22.00/hr - $23.48/hr Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2025/2026 Shift Type: Full Time hours available Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age Housing Availability: Yes Job Responsibilities
Lead daily operations of resort lifts, including scheduling staff and opening/closing procedures Assist with hiring, training, and supervision of operators and scanners; monitor performance and provide feedback and recognition or corrective action as needed Maintain up-to-date knowledge of and enforce all applicable laws, policies, and safety procedures Collaborate with ski patrol, mountain safety, lift maintenance, and lift electric teams to resolve issues on the mountain Promote clean and organized workstations Address guest questions, comments, and complaints with timely resolutions Act as a flexible team lead within Lift Experience, supporting ticket scanning as needed Other duties as assigned Job Requirements
High School Diploma or GED equivalent 1-2 years of lift or mountain operations experience Physical ability to assist guests while loading lifts; may lift up to 40 lbs Fluent in English Ability to work outdoors in all weather, standing and moving on potentially slippery surfaces Flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends The expected pay range is $22.00/hr - $23.48/hr. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors. We follow all federal, state, and local laws, including child labor restrictions.
