Water Damage Specialist / Sales Representative
to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, solving problems, and making a real difference in homeowners’ lives after a loss. What You’ll Do
Meet with homeowners after water or fire damage to assess the situation and explain the restoration process Build trust with clients by clearly communicating next steps and what to expect Create and deliver estimates for restoration work (training provided) Work closely with insurance adjusters, property managers, and other professionals Follow up with leads, manage active jobs, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction Serve as the primary point of contact throughout each job, ensuring clients feel supported and informed What We’re Looking For
Strong people skills — you’re empathetic, confident, and great at earning trust Sales or customer service experience (construction, restoration, or home services preferred) Self-motivated and reliable — you thrive in the field and take initiative Good communication and follow-up skills Valid driver’s license and clean driving record What We Offer
