We are looking for a proactive and customer‑focused

Front Office Supervisor

to lead our front desk team at

Pyramid Global Hospitality .

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service, engaging guests and taking a sincere interest in their experience.

Check guests in, secure proper credit, record special requests, and ensure accurate details.

Resolve problems and “WOW” guests through recovery when challenges arise.

Supervise daily shift processes, ensuring team adherence to SOPs.

Pre‑assign hotel rooms for VIPs, repeat guests, packages, and special requests.

Collaborate with Maintenance and Housekeeping to coordinate daily operations.

Train, coach, and counsel front desk team for quality performance.

Maintain the retail shop, manage inventory, and order supplies as needed.

Promote and sell special hotel programs.

Keep abreast of emergency procedures and policies.

Maintain house bank and manage back‑office transactions.

Assist other departments as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience in hotel or resort front desk operations preferred.

Strong desire to impact others, with an outgoing and engaging personality.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Computer proficiency.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and stand throughout shifts.

Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
