Target Salary Range: $60,000 - $64,000

Responsibilities

Compliance Monitoring and Continuous Improvement

Develop, evaluate, and refine processes to ensure compliance and improve operational efficiency.

Support off‑site instructional location and online program compliance, as well as institutional name and structure changes.

Documentation, Analysis, and Maintenance of Data

Document and analyze data to produce reports for internal and external use.

Maintain data for various programs across USF.

Web Application and Content

Contribute to the creation and maintenance of academic‑related web‑based systems and data.

Create relevant content to support online communication.

Manage the team’s CMS website and other data repositories.

Curricular Research

Research peer institutions’ curricula, programs, and accreditation processes to enhance USF’s academic programs portfolio.

Research and provide program market data.

Accreditation Support

Provide support for the institutional accreditation process.

Collect and manage data for program accreditation purposes.

Supervision

Oversee student employee(s), providing guidance and support.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of three years of related experience.

Degree equivalency clause: four years of direct experience for a bachelor’s degree.

Compliance with Florida Senate Bill 1310 regarding employment eligibility requirements in the U.S.

Experience substitution guidelines (SB 1310) as described under paragraphs (a)–(e).

Related work experience may not substitute for any required licensure, certification, or registration required for the position.

Minimum qualifications that require a high school diploma are exempt from SB 1310.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree with three years of related experience.

Extensive knowledge of working with data in Excel.

Ability to work with data analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.

Knowledge of data analytics.

Ability to use Copilot or similar GenAI tools for productivity.

Experience in the educational sector.
