Assistant Project Manager
who is eager to learn, thrives in a collaborative environment, and wants to work on high-quality, design-driven projects. This role will support the Project Manager and Superintendent in coordinating all phases of construction, from preconstruction planning through closeout. You’ll be involved in real-time problem-solving, client communication, and subcontractor coordination, gaining hands-on experience in every aspect of the build. What You’ll Do Assist in developing and maintaining project budgets and schedules Help prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and track action items Coordinate with architects, engineers, clients, and subcontractors Review drawings for accuracy and help resolve constructability issues Support subcontractor procurement and performance tracking Monitor progress in the field and help keep projects on schedule Maintain organized project documentation from start to finish What We’re Looking For 2–5+ years of experience in commercial construction Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Clear and proactive communication style A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn from senior team members Based in the OKC metro (or willing to relocate) Why Join Us At Modus, you won’t be a small cog in a big machine—you’ll be a key part of a small, focused team where your contributions are noticed and valued.
