ProSidian Seeks a Nuclear Safety Documentation Analyst [DOE0032031] for Program Support on a Contract Contingent/Exempt W2: No Overtime Pay Basis, generally located across the CONUS with a focus in Richland, Washington. Supports DOE EM Hanford in a federal, regulated, high-stakes nuclear cleanup environment requiring multidisciplinary contractor support, compliance oversight, and mission assurance. We seek Nuclear Safety Documentation Analyst candidates with relevant Environmental Management Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise ideal) to support professional services engagement for EM Sector Clients such as DOE. This role is for Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Environment, Safety and Health; and Quality Assurance Functional Area/Swim Lane/Category Discipline Professional - General Support Services (GSS) For Hanford Field Office (HFO). Provide services and support as a Nuclear Safety Documentation Analyst (GSS for Hanford Field Office, HFO) in the Environmental Management Industry Sector focusing on Environmental Services Solutions for clients such as the U.S. Department of Energy – Environmental Management, Hanford Field Office (DOE-EM/HFO) and DOE – Environmental Management Consolidated Business Center (EMCBC), Cincinnati, OH. Generally located in CONUS - Richland, WA and across the Pacific Northwest Region. Environment, safety, health, and quality assurance services safeguard compliance, protect workers, and ensure Hanford mission success. Responsibilities and Duties

Nuclear Safety Documentation Analyst (DOE0032031)

– Support safety basis, USQ, QA oversight, audits, assessments, regulator interface. Work site: Pacific Northwest Region, near Richland, Washington. Initial work site address: 2440 Stevens Center Place, H520 Richland, WA 99354 (subject to change; remote work possible). Qualifications

Desired Qualifications for Nuclear Safety Documentation Analyst (DOE0032031): 8–12+ years nuclear safety/QA; DOE nuclear facility experience required. BS in Engineering/Science; advanced certifications preferred. This position aligns with Environmental Management Sector and Nuclear Safety Documentation Analyst functional/technical requirements, principally supporting Environment, Safety and Health and Quality Assurance disciplines. Skills and Competencies

Primarily focused on program and project management support in daily business activities, aligned with Environment, Safety and Health and QA Functional Area activities. Safety basis, USQ, audits, QA standards. Competencies:

Lead USQ evaluations supporting configuration control. Functional attributes include nuclear safety documentation. Job tasks cover Hanford Field Office GSS with staffing levels subject to +/-15% changes over the performance period. Travel as coordinated with the technical POC and approved in writing by the CO; per Federal Travel Regulations. Security: facility clearance required for ProSidian team members; DOE clearance as indicated for work performed. Place of Performance: Hanford Field Office and Hanford Site, Richland, WA. Government-Furnished Resources: office space, computer workstations, and required software provided; predominantly on-site with some approved remote support. Other Details
