Hydronic Heating & Control Technicians, Sheet Metal & HVAC Technicians, and Licensed Plumbers We are a plumbing & mechanical contractor with 30 years of business in Southwest Colorado seeking experienced Boiler and Controls Technicians, sheet metal duct installers, HVACR technicians, and licensed plumbers for service and new construction projects.

Location Southwest Colorado

Job Overview Full‑time, year‑round positions with overtime available. Pay commensurate with experience and qualification levels. Competitive pay, health, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401(k) plan, 6 paid holidays, and progressive vacation: 1 week at 1 year, 2 weeks at 3 years, 3 weeks at 5 years.

Responsibilities

Install and troubleshoot Modulating / Condensing Boilers and associated low voltage controls.

Install sheet metal duct systems.

Install heat pumps.

Install plumbing systems.

Qualifications Experience as listed in responsibilities. Licensed plumber status required for plumbing duties.
