Job Title:
Client Access Representative - Customer Service Employment:
Full-Time / Part-Time / PRN / Float shifts (subject to availability) We are seeking qualified candidates for Client Access Representative positions in a variety of clinics across Southwest Missouri, including Springfield, Republic, Nixa, Marshfield, Bolivar, Branson, and more (subject to availability). Clinic location examples include: Psychiatry Clinics Substance Use Disorder Detox Centers Rapid Access Unit / Behavioral Crisis Center Youth Focus Clinic and others (subject to availability) As the face of our organization, our Client Access Representatives play a vital role in creating a positive first impression for clients, staff, and the leadership team. In this role, youll perform receptionist and clerical duties, including scheduling appointments, collecting payments, and maintaining accurate client records. Youll also work closely with providers and support teams to ensure clients receive the highest level of care.
Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, staff, and leadership team members Represent Burrell Behavioral Health in a professional, collaborative, and respectful manner Schedule and reschedule client appointments as needed Complete client intake paperwork accurately and efficiently Collect client cost shares for appointments Work with providers to manage cancellation lists and reschedules Maintain and update provider cancellation lists Accurately complete daily deposit logs Scan documents into client charts
Qualifications A high school diploma or equivalent Previous customer service experience (preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong computer skills Excellent typing skills Exceptional organizational skills
