Customer Service Specialist

Location:

On‑Site at our East Lansing, MI location

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via email, messages, and phone calls

Assist customers with opening accounts and Certificate of Deposits using our online platform

Obtain customer signatures on necessary documents and forms

Ensure strict compliance with banking regulations and procedures

Maintain accurate customer accounts and profiles

Perform other assigned tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word

Exceptional interpersonal skills, courtesy, and customer service aptitude

Jack Henry 20/20 core experience is a bonus

Knowledge of deposit account opening regulations is a bonus

Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a bonus
