Key Responsibilities
Assist the NAM Team to achieve revenue goals within the BD Urology portfolio, including supporting accounts and owning revenue and growth within territory.
Manage accounts including distributors, DME’s, rehab hospitals, LTAC hospitals, urology offices, home health, long‑term care, and government channels, and deliver educational in‑services to onboard and increase utilization.
Coordinate and manage targeted LTAC, LTC, urology offices, home health, rehab, and hospice accounts to market, shape, and drive sales of Purewick products and other urology portfolio products at C‑suite and local KDM levels.
Conduct detailed analysis and monitor growth/loss by dealers, providers, and rehab hospitals on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Work with DME field reps, monitor sample requests, cross‑reference, and answer product questions to grow the Homecare urology portfolio.
Attend tradeshows and conferences for long‑term care and distributors; some weekend work and travel may be required.
Track performance metrics and growth within the progression of territory or supporting territories.
Penetrate specific targeted urology practices and super groups to grow the BD Brand.
About You
Proficient in the use of a personal computer with intermediate keyboarding skills, MS Excel, and MS Word.
Proficient with Salesforce and territory planning.
Ability to work multiple overnights a week.
Strong interpersonal skills—verbal and written communication, customer focus, professionalism, coaching, and team building.
Strong listening, assessment, questioning, and problem‑solving skills.
High level business acumen; experience calling on C‑Level executives.
High level understanding of business analytics and mapping customer opportunities and performance.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of BA/BS from a 4‑year college or university; outside sales experience and a demonstrated record of sales success is preferred.

Salary $63,900.00 – $105,400.00 USD Annual – Base + Incentive
