Nurse House Supervisor / RN / Nights

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in nursing required.
Current Washington State Registered Nurse license.
Three (3) to five (5) years of acute care clinical nursing experience across a variety of departments.
Advanced knowledge of Case Management and Utilization Review processes, including InterQual and acute‑care patient status regulations.
Certification in ACLS, BLS, TNCC, and PALS preferred.
Hours and Compensation
Full‑time (36 hours), 3–12 hour shifts (7 pm–7:30 am), with rotating weekends.
Pay range $47.00–$77.00 per hour, plus a $5.00 shift differential.
Full benefits package, relocation assistance up to $5 K, and sign‑on bonus up to $15 K.
Responsibilities
Act as House Supervisor for a 50‑bed rural healthcare facility.
Collect and analyze data on patient admissions, transfers, and bed availability to improve patient care and maximize bed utilization.
Ensure patients are admitted to the most appropriate level of care and bed assignment, acting as a liaison among physicians, nursing leadership, unit staff, care management, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient operations.
Serve as Administrator on Duty in the absence of the Chief Nursing Officer, making administrative decisions and providing direction for all hospital departments.
Report directly to the CNO.
