Customer Experience Drives Sales OMNI Channel Fulfillment Store Presentation and Sales Floor Supervision Store & Stockroom Operations Staffing, Scheduling, and Payroll Management Training and Development Communication Asset Protection Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role Strong problem-solving skills Ability to show up in a fast-paced and challenging environment Team building skills Self-starter Strong interpersonal and communication skills Drive to achieve results Adaptability / Flexibility Multi-Tasking Fashion Interest & Knowledge What You’ll Get
