Plan, monitor, and manage internal projects from initiation through completion, lead or coordinate project planning, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting, troubleshooting, and team leadership. Monitor performance and recommend schedule changes, cost adjustments, or resource additions. Create, manage, and report on the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS); create and maintain risk databases with all functions; utilize scheduling tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Deltek Open Plan) and Microsoft Office suite. Plan and facilitate project meetings; prepare agendas, meeting notes, and project summaries. Track progress against milestones and budgets; prepare reports for senior management; identify at-risk tasks and develop mitigation plans. Allocate resources, budgets, and hours; adjust allocations as needed; coordinate with internal teams and external vendors or consultants. Required Qualifications
Associate’s Degree and 2–4 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Deltek Open Plan) or similar software. Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related discipline (preferred). Project Management Certification (preferred). Strong oral and written communication, ability to build collaborative relationships, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. Experience with project controls, scope management, stakeholder management, and project scheduling software. Physical Requirements
Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk or computer for extended periods. Regular movement throughout facilities; may stand for long periods.
