BNY Analyst Program
is a 24-month talent development journey offering rotational experiences designed to prepare you for your future career. Through projects across the specific line of business, you will receive a panoramic view of BNY’s global franchise and gain insight into the operation of one of the world’s largest banks. You will work on high-priority initiatives, develop analytical and interpersonal skills, and receive personalized guidance and a peer mentor. Upon successful completion, you may be considered for high-impact roles in multiple functions. Operations
Operations interns work on projects that challenge and develop participants. Interns gain real-world experience in a function supporting every stage of the client investment lifecycle, including account creation, trading, clearing, settling, holding, servicing, managing, distributing, and restructuring assets. Operations supports client service and operational efficiency across the business. Functions and Placements
Selected functions include: Asset Servicing – Provides global solutions to enhance management, administration, and oversight of the investment process, delivering tools to process, monitor, and measure investment data globally. Utilities – Plans, builds, and optimizes standard capabilities and platforms that are scalable and cost-efficient, spanning the client lifecycle (KYC, Contracts to Client Activation, Account Opening & Maintenance, Tax, Revenue & Billing). Uses innovative technologies and a data-centric operating model. Program Eligibility
Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program with a strong focus on business- and/or technology-related majors preferred Graduating in Dec 2025 or May 2026 (U.S.) Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the country where applying Company Values and Recognition
