Position Overview Entrust is transforming its Revenue Enablement function to drive strategic impact across our global revenue teams. As a Revenue Enablement Program Manager – Field Teams, you will play a critical role in designing, executing, and optimizing enablement programs that empower our field‑facing sellers to engage customers with confidence, consistency, and clarity. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to deliver high‑impact initiatives that improve seller productivity and accelerate pipeline conversion.

Responsibilities

Program Strategy & Execution

Design and deliver enablement programs that support onboarding, ongoing development, and methodology adoption for field‑facing sales teams.

Align program goals with business unit priorities and go‑to‑market strategies.

Command of the Message Enablement

Integrate Command of the Message methodology into training programs, coaching, and sales tools.

Partner with certified trainers and sales leaders to reinforce messaging discipline across the field.

AI‑Driven Enablement

Leverage AI‑powered tools to streamline content creation, personalise learning, and enhance coaching and performance insights.

Identify opportunities to automate and scale enablement workflows across geographies and roles.

Content & Curriculum Development

Build engaging learning experiences using platforms like Docebo, Articulate, and CoPilot.

Develop playbooks, quick reference guides, and interactive training modules tailored to seller needs.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure enablement programs are aligned, relevant, and impactful.

Serve as a trusted advisor to sales managers and reps, supporting adoption and behaviour change.

Performance & Optimization

Define success metrics and track program effectiveness.

Continuously refine programs based on feedback, data, and evolving business needs.

Basic Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Sales or Customer Success Enablement, or related roles supporting field sales teams.

Proven success in designing and executing enablement programs that drive measurable business outcomes.

Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency with enablement platforms (e.g., Docebo, Highspot, Seismic) and content tools (e.g., Articulate, Synthesia).

Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to improve team productivity and program impact.

Must be able to lawfully work within the country of employment and have unrestricted work authorization for that country.

Preferred Qualifications

Certified to deliver Command of the Message training (bonus points).

Experience supporting enterprise or solution‑based selling motions.

Familiarity with conversational intelligence platforms and data‑driven coaching.

Background in cybersecurity, identity, or data protection industries is a plus.

Compensation Range The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $110,232-$161,674 per year (in the primary posting location). Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience. This position is also eligible for the company’s discretionary annual incentive plan.
