About the Role We're seeking an experienced and highly motivated

Technology Account Manager

with a focus on staffing to join our growing team. This is a remote role, with periodic in-person meetings in the Broward, FL area. You'll be responsible for managing and expanding key client accounts, building strong partnerships with IT decision-makers, and delivering high-quality staffing solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in technology staffing sales, with a strong emphasis on

nearshore talent , and an active network of IT clients in the US. This role is crucial for our growth, and we're looking for someone who can not only manage an existing book of business but also generate new clients to help us expand our sales team.

What You'll Do

Manage and grow

existing client relationships, serving as the main point of contact for all staffing and talent acquisition needs.

Leverage your existing book of business

and network to generate new business opportunities and revenue.

Partner with our recruiting team

to ensure the successful delivery of top-tier candidates for a variety of IT roles.

Act as a subject matter expert

on IT roles and technologies to effectively communicate with hiring managers.

Develop and execute account strategies

to expand our presence within current accounts and secure new business.

Negotiate contract terms

and rates while ensuring compliance.

Maintain accurate records

of all client interactions and sales activities in our CRM.

Participate in occasional in-person meetups

in the Broward area for strategy sessions and team building.

What You Bring

7+ years of experience

in IT roles, with at least

4 years of experience

in staffing, account management, or recruiting within an agency.

Demonstrated experience in selling nearshore staffing solutions

to US-based clients.

A

proven track record of managing key accounts

and growing client relationships in the technology sector.

An

existing book of business

or a strong client network in IT consulting/staffing.

Solid understanding of IT roles, technical terminology, and project lifecycles.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

A high degree of self-motivation and a strong sense of ownership.

Comfort with a remote work environment and the flexibility to attend periodic meetings in Florida.

Nice to Have

Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools.

Knowledge of hiring processes for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire roles.

Experience with MSP/VMS environments.
