We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Screening Manager to oversee our garment screening and embroidery operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in garment construction and fabric manipulation, with hands-on experience in sewing and fabrication. This role is essential for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production processes while leading a team in a warehouse environment. Duties Manage the daily operations of the screening and embroidery department, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently. Supervise and train team members on proper sewing techniques, fabric handling, and garment construction standards. Oversee the setup and maintenance of sewing machines and other equipment used in the screening process. Collaborate with design teams to ensure that all garments meet quality specifications and production timelines. Conduct regular inspections of finished products to ensure they meet company standards for quality and durability. Maintain an organized warehouse environment, ensuring that materials are stored properly and accessible for production needs. Implement best practices for safety within the warehouse and screening areas, promoting a culture of safety among team members. Qualifications Proven experience in garment construction, sewing, or related fields is required. Proficiency with sewing machines and fabric manipulation techniques is essential. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in both production processes and product quality.
