We are seeking a
Transportation Lead
in
Orlando, FL . This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced transportation engineer who is passionate about project delivery, client relationships, and team development. Responsibilities
Provide project oversight including setting priorities, developing objectives, and financial management. Actively participate in design while serving as a technical resource for a multi-disciplinary team. Lead project engineering and management efforts. Foster strong communication with clients and internal teams. Drive business development activities including proposal preparation, interviews/presentations, and client management. Engage in professional society involvement to strengthen industry presence. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. 8+ years
of design experience in transportation engineering (highways, roadways, local streets). Knowledge of
FDOT design standards . Proven experience in business development, project tracking, proposal development, and client management. Project Management experience with
FDOT
is a plus. Leadership and staff management experience preferred. Proficiency with
MicroStation, Open Roads Designer (ORD), AutoCAD, and Civil3D
is a strong advantage.
