Overview
We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Marketplace Coordinator
to support our marketplace marketing efforts across platforms like Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and others. You’ll play a key part in maintaining content accuracy, coordinating operational initiatives and handling various administrative and support tasks essential to successful marketplace performance.
Key Responsibilities Product Content & Optimization
Optimize product listings and improve rankings on key skus across Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and other marketplaces
Monitor competitor listings and suggest improvements for search rankings and content quality
Ensure consistency across listings and coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary product data and assets
Marketplace Support & Execution
Support the execution of marketing promotions and event campaigns by ensuring accurate setup and timely go-live
Assist in verifying that all promotions, pricing, and content updates reflect approved terms and creative direction
Help monitor product rankings and performance metrics, surfacing issues and insights to the Manager
Operational Coordination
Coordinate tasks related to operational programs such as Fulfilled by Walmart (WFS), Seller-Fulfilled Prime, etc.
Assist in onboarding new SKUs and updating fulfillment information as needed
Collaborate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure smooth order and inventory flows across marketplaces
Administrative & Cross-Team Support
Support the Marketplace Marketing Manager in tracking tasks, campaign timelines, and project status
Assist with reporting and light data entry related to promotions, contracts, and performance
Help troubleshoot listing issues, suppressed items, or other day-to-day marketplace needs
Maintain up-to-date documentation for product setups, content templates, and platform processes
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital merchandising, marketplace operations, or related field
Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, Walmart Marketplace, or similar platforms (preferred but not required)
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at once
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and content management tools
Self-starter who’s eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced digital retail environment
