Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Electrical Project Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead and manage large-scale electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. This role requires strategic oversight, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of electrical systems and construction processes. Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Oversee a team completing all phases of multiple electrical projects, including planning, procurement, construction, and closeout. Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term relationships. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives. Budget Oversight: Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets, ensuring financial performance aligns with company goals. Schedule Management: Establish project timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines. Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies. Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets company and industry standards, as well as client expectations. Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards, ensuring all projects are compliant. Safety Priority: Prioritize safety over profits in all project aspects. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred but not required. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale electrical projects. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction processes, and industry regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Active Master Journeyman Electrical license preferred. PMP certification or equivalent is a plus. What We Offer
