What You'll Do
Welcome and assist service customers with professionalism Schedule appointments and manage service calls Provide clear repair estimates and timelines Coordinate with technicians and monitor repair progress Deliver exceptional service - every time Recommend additional services when appropriate Support Service Manager with daily operations & paperwork
What We're Looking For
2+ years as Service Advisor/Writer or 1+ year as Assistant Service Manager or strong Sales background Strong customer service & sales skills (up-selling a plus) Excellent communication and organizational ability Comfortable with service management systems & computers High School Diploma or GED Valid Driver's License with clean record Flexible availability, including some evenings & Saturdays
